Guides To Get You Moving.

Build Your First Plan

Pick the services you offer, set how many times a month each one can be used, then set the price and billing period.

Connect Payments

Connect your business's bank account in Settings under Payments. Plans can be published before that, but customers can't buy them until your bank account is connected.

Add Memberships To Your Website

Open Settings, choose Website, and copy the code. Paste it into your site to show your plans in a slide-out drawer or right on the page.

Check In A Member

Search for the member in the dashboard, or use the Chrome extension on any page. Tick the service they're using and it comes off their term.

Customize Your Storefront

Click any plan card to edit it, drag cards to reorder them, and choose colors that match your brand. Preview it before you share it.

Analyze Your Invoices

Upload past invoices as CSV or PDF files, up to 25 MB each, to see which services customers use most and which plans are worth selling.

Common Questions.

How do I log in to Retello?

Use the Log in button at the top of this page. It takes you to the Retello dashboard, where you manage plans, members and payments.

Why can't my customers buy a plan yet?

Customers can only buy a plan once your bank account is connected. Open Settings, choose Payments, and finish connecting your bank account. Your plans stay as they are while you do.

How do I show my plans on my own website?

In Settings, choose Website and copy the code shown there. Paste it into your site. Your plans can open in a drawer from a button, or sit inline in a page. Card details stay inside Retello's secure checkout, never on your site.

How do I check a member in at the counter?

Find the member in the Members tab, check what they have left this term, and tick the service they're using. The Chrome extension does the same from any browser tab, so you don't have to leave the page you're on.

Can I change or remove a plan after members have joined?

You can archive a plan to stop selling it. Members already on that plan keep it, and new customers no longer see it on your storefront.

What files can I upload for invoice analysis?

CSV and PDF files, up to 25 MB each. Upload your past invoices and Retello shows which services customers pay for most, so you can decide what to include in your plans.

What industries do you work with?

Retello works with auto repair shops, quick lube shops and HVAC companies.
